The fact of the matter is, historically, patients had two choices when completing therapy under
Home Health Medicare part A. The patient would either go to
an outpatient facility or stop all therapy services entirely. These patients are losing out
on additional benefits simply because they were not aware of them. Patients that are unable to get to an outpatient facility or choose not to go to
an outpatient facility
now have a third option.
The patient's third option is to continue with therapy services in their own home under Medicare Part B. United Outreach provides the opportunity for Home Health Physical and Occupational therapists to join our group practice and continue with your patients in the privacy of their own home. When you discharge your patient from Medicare part A Home Health, continue treating them under Medicare Part B. United Outreach is a Medicare approved Part B group practice, which allows our group members to treat patients under our statewide license in the privacy of their own homes.
Many therapists in the Home Health Care arena work for numerous agencies just to keep a steady patient load. Other therapists constantly worry about continually discharging patients and not replacing those patients fast enough. United Outreach allows therapists to maintain a steady patient load without having to work for numerous agencies, while trying to keep organized with
an abundance of paperwork. Our HIPAA compliant state-of-the-art documentation program allows our group members to submit all documentation electronically via our secure online clinical documentation program.
The staff at United Outreach acts as your personal office, allowing you to concentrate on patient
care instead of the headaches of administrative duties.
